XPEL Shipping Policy Information
XPEL provides free Ground Shipping on retail purchases anywhere in the U.S. A flat rate of $15 applies for international customers.
Retail orders placed before 3pm qualify for same-day-shipping with the exception of holidays. Regular schedule resumes post-holiday. Please allow 1-2 business days for kits to ship.
If you are located in the U.S., your order will arrive in 1-5 business days. For International customers, please allow 5-10 business days.
When the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with an invoice and tracking number. If shipping is delayed, you will be notified by email.
Orders are delivered via FedEx, UPS, DHL.
Choose between the following shipping options:
U.S: Ground, 2 Day, 2 Day AM, Priority Overnight and Freight.
Canada: Ground, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Freight.
International: DHL International
We deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
Purchaser is responsible for all duties and taxes.

If a shipment is missing, please contact Customer Service or email support, support@xpel.com. XPEL is not responsible for stolen shipments.
Return FAQs
Yes. Certain restrictions apply.
XPEL does not offer returns or refunds on any of the pre-cut kits that are purchased, unless the item is defective. Kits do not include any extended wrap. No modifications can be done to retail kit purchases. Kits do not come with any installation tools. Tools are sold separately. All XPEL pre-cut kits are made to order and custom cut to fit your vehicle listed.
Contact Customer Service at 210-678-3700 with your order number and the reason for return. You can either receive a refund to your original form of payment or receive XPEL credit for a new purchase. Refunds are generated once items have been returned and verified, usually within the week.
Please send photos to support@xpel.com and we will follow up in a timely fashion, usually within 24-48 hours.
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Some restrictions apply.
No, XPEL covers all returns and provides a FedEx shipping label to affix to your package.

Items must be unused and in original packing materials. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Yes, we create replacement orders free of charge while your return is being shipped. Customers have 30 days to return their original product or they will be charged for their replacement order.
